Anytime dining DOES NOT mean "anytime dining". It means you cannot enter Donatello's until AFTER 7:45pm. Bernini, the traditional dining room is the ONLY anytime dining along with the Lido's Horizon Buffet. We received a complimentary entrance to the Grill, but could not get in for the entire cruise. Plus, the certificate was for the GRILL ONLY. I think pre tipping is hurting the service, it was not up to company standards. We also booked this ship because of the paddle tennis, that was a DISASTER! The cruise staff just was not interested. Nets were not set up at prescribed times. Which the ship was not even going to have Paddle Tennis had we not insisted. Unfortunately 4 out of 5 times we had to set up the net and find balls.
