This was really a great spot, right in the middle of the ship, the balcony was worth it.  The views on this cruise are amazing.

Seriously the best part of our trip, the float plan ride was smooth, and the views were amazing.  The guide that met us was knowledgeable and excited to be there. We saw 11 Brown Bears fishing for Salmon. A once in a life time experience.

My husband did this, he caught three salmon.  Was a little disappointed at the amount of boats out there, little over saturated, but still had the "experience".  For $100, we shipped 5 fish home (NIce filets, package individually) - a couple people didn't want the fish they caught. Ended up with 23 filets!

We rented a car and drove through Steven's Pass, gives you a little taste of what you're about to see. Beautiful views.  Hit the 59er Diner on the other side, great food and milkshakes. After the cruise we took the ferry to Fiday Harbor (Call 511 to make a reservation!!) and hit Lime Kiln Point, got to see the Orcas.  Fantastic.

We just walked the shops in Skagway, it's a cute little town.  Most of the shops are comercialized, save your money for the locals. Ketchikan seemed more "local".

Glacier Bay

Here's my tips: 

- Go mid-ship, get the patches that go behind your ear, day two half the ship got sea sick.- Be super nice to the people on the ship - they are working their butts off to make it perfect, yeah it's their job, and yeah they signed up for it.
