Sail Date: Jun 2015

We booked the cruise (2 adjoining Cabins 8610 and 8612) almost as soon as the itinerary was released to Iglu who we regularly use as our booking agents.

We understood that early booking gives the best choice of cabins and the best prices/offers. We insisted that we must have two adjoining cabins with balconies so that we could open the divider between the cabins, a feature we have used successfully in the past.

Upon entry to our cabins we found a steel section between the balconies, no divider to open. At this stage although a disappointment we were obviously unable to do anything to remedy the situation.
