This was my first cruise and most likely my last. The cruise was filled to capacity to include 600 kids. At age 18 if a guardian signed off the 18 year old could drink and they hung out in groups with no supervision. The staff being over polite would not address the unruly teenagers or kids to include taking over many activities they should not have been in attendance at.

The pool areas were not large enough to accommodate the amount of passengers that wanted to be on the decks (12&13) Therefore if you did not stake out a table or lounge and put your belongings on it by 8:30 a .m. ( which many did and did not use the lounge or tables for hours) then you were stuck inside. The only other deck besides around the pool that had lounges were on deck 7 and there were a total of 12 chairs. You could not sit out on any other decks so I and my family ended up inside the ship and not by choice unless I wanted to stand up if I was outside and the point of the trip was to enjoy the weather on the open sea and the beautiful views.

The buffet was consistent but eating at the two restaurants included in the package were excellent and worth making reservations for the week in advance.

The housekeeping service was very good but we were put in a handicap unit and every time you took a shower the entire bathroom flooded out because there was no edging to keep the water confined and the drains could not keep up with the water so the bathroom had puddles all the time. We used towels to try and retail the water at the floor drains but that did not work. So getting up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night you has to wear shoes so your feet did not get wet. The floors were just always wet and we were always using our towels to sob up as much water as we could.
