Paying best part of £8000 wanted it to be a holiday of a lifetime and at that price it should have been ,ship looks great but understaffed by 500 and overcrowded by 1000 ,food was ok at best , the pool area was a joke if you managed to get a sun-bed (all gone by 6am!!!!!) they are so tight together you have to crawl onto them and no chance of getting a drink down the side , what were royal Caribbean think when planning this ship its obvious there was never going to be enough room for all the passengers ,also don't wait to be served a drink not a chance you have to get your own and join the battle at the bar.

The crew did try their best but looked demoralized and tied asking to take up the extra work , if you had problem please do not waste your time going to guest services probably there for show could not solve any problems and just seemed to go through the motions

I could go on if I had paid £4000 I probably would not be moaning so much but at £8000 it should have been so much better
