A must read for young and active parents; I'll NOT sail Carnival again.

DISCLOSURE: In no way is this review any reflection of my personal time with my family and friends, nor the great time I spent with them. This review is strictly based on the Ship, Entertainment and Staff.

DETAILS: My husband and I sailed for 8 nights to Turks & Caicos, Curacao, & Aruba with our two boys (10 and 6). Our cabin was #2406 and we sailed with a great group of 50 people. It was my first time back with Carnival in 22 years. Last time I sailed with them I was 16. Now, I was a very disappointed 38 year old.

KIDS CLUB: I feel I should start here in case you don't read the whole review. (The Good) During certain times of the day my two boys were together, so less things to worry about on my behalf.

CABIN: (The Good) Size was ok for the 4 of us. No window in 2406. Bathroom was decent size. Two beds came down from the ceiling for the kids. Plenty storage space for the 4 of us.

(The Bad) For whatever reason, the mechanics spent the entire 8 nights making repairs around 4:00 am. We would hear banging on our headrest and the noise went all the way to the 8th floor (we had family staying there that would hear it too). No amount of fabreeze was enough to cover the musty smell.
