I must start out by saying a good cruise beats a good days work any day. After cruising out of Bayonne on the beloved Explorer for many years, the upgraded Liberty was a welcomed arrival. We arrived at the terminal about 1:00 pm. embarkation was quick and easy in the new terminal, and our stateroom was ready as soon as we boarded. Service on board was excellent in all departments. This was a Bermuda / Caribbean cruise. We did not stay in any of the ports for more than a few hours, which disappointed some passengers. We enjoy the relaxation of the cruise and chill most of the time. We really enjoy the Solarium and like going for an after dinner drink on the 13th floor.

A lot has been written about the food in the dining room, which we always enjoy. We were on board the Explorer when RCCL first rolled out the new menu, a few years back. Everything was so delicious. I could not wait to get back on the next cruise for that pork chop that I had the first night in the dining room. Sadly as time went on those great meals weren't as "great" anymore. That been said, there is always a "good" meal to be had on the ship at every venue. We are going on the Liberty of the Seas again in September because the Pro's out weigh the Con's. And I can't wait for the cruise after that one. Because my wife and I love cruising RCCL out of Bayonne!

Cabin D3

The superior balcony was much larger than I expected it to be.
