Arrived at embarkation to be given a letter regarding Noro Virus-on "previous" cruise. Reading other reviews an understatement. The embarkation was a shambles-queue to move to another queue and so on. Once on the ship the lido was packed-everything but everything was being "served" at a speed where yet another queue was inevitable. The first night one show for a second rate act.
Next day at breakfast it was impossible to have a hot food and a hot drink to go with it.
Evening meal had better food but "service" didn't exist.
Cabin door kept swinging open all night-4 visits to front desk 2 staff including one officer to see the problem-but no one turned up till the morning to repair it.
Things did improve in the second half of the cruise but not to any great extent.
To many complaints to list but the main ones-food quality and choice in the lido poor
Entertainment 3 out out of 7 reasonable acts-not a great score
Limited daytime activities.
Despite being happy on past trips with HA . This cruise will the very last on Holland America
