If you want a reasonable review with pros and cons from two normal people, this review is for you. We are a couple in our 20’s, and overall we loved this trip. One of us have cruised before on multiple lines; one of us was a first-time cruiser. Here is a breakdown of our experience.

Ship – Really cool, huge, modern ship. It is a bit confusing to get around (staircases are only at the front and back of the ship, and the Spice H2O lounge is hard to find), but after a couple of days we were able to find our way. Most restaurants, the casinos and the show venues were on decks 6-8, but we spent the most time on deck 15 with the pool and buffet. Our stateroom was on floor five. A lot of people have complained about the elevators. We used them once the entire trip – their staircases are easily accessible, not crowded, and we walked a ton because of them. There was plenty of room to sit in the Atrium (unless there was a show there) or at other bars/lounges/areas throughout the ship. We enjoyed walking around the various decks outside. Aside from on the pool decks (we will get to that), it was hard to imagine there were so many people on the ship.

Stateroom – We had an inside stateroom on the lowest passenger deck. The room was very small but functional for two people (but we are fit people - larger individuals may want to consider a bigger room). We had enough storage space but not much room to walk around (you have to walk sideways between the bed and the wall). We did not love that the bed was two twins pushed together, as they would slide apart somewhat at night. The room was cleaned twice a day and was always spotless, although we found our steward very unfriendly and consequently requested that our service charged be reduced. We were given no problem with that and a supervisor immediately contacted us to find out about the problem.
