I am posting a review for the first time after reading some very negative reviews of the Infinity. Ultimately everyone has their own tastes and nothing will appeal to everyone. Our family travels extensively all over the world from Australia, and personally I find travel helps us be more patient and the teens more tolerant and I enjoy the reviews on this site so I will try and give a little back.

So some bouquets and a few brick bats. We had a Royal Suite which was fabulous. The teens had a Concierge Class adjoining room which was very small. Our " Butler" was perhaps less than attentive and possibly a little avoidant. The Michaels Club Concierge Gareth was friendly and helpful. The restaurant Luminae was fabulous, better than the SS United States.the food in the buffet was ok and suited the kids in a hurry. The Room Service breakfast was often cold but serves us right for being lazy! Generally the food was fabulous.

Our teens at first were a bit underwhelmed after a previous cruise on a mega ship, however we did encourage them to go the teen club and there really were fun things to do and the made friends and really enjoyed the experience. I preferred the smaller friendly nature of the ship, meeting up regularly with new friends after a more Impersonal experience on the mega ship. The evening shows were pretty good and we had fun. It is not a late type of crowd if you want to party all night but it suited us. Our cruise was marred by bad weather which is not at all the fault of the cruise line.
