Having read some of the previous reviews on here we went on our cruise with slightly heavy hearts - but there was no need to worry at all!
Embarkation was fine - started a little late but there were places to sit and get a drink and it was efficient.
The ship was very clean and the staff were brilliant throughout the ship - we had a slight problem with our tap but it was sorted quickly.

Clean and comfortable - plenty of space. Could have done with more coat hangers (actually had read this on a review before so took my own!)
