Sail Date: Jul 2015
Cabin: Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony
Traveled with children

I traveled with my wife and two teenage kids. We flew into Hobby and arranged a shuttle for the next day. We arrived at 11am, and spent about an hour getting on the ship, maybe less. We had none of the problems others have mentioned. Debarkation was done fairly easy too, we were told our time was 10am to leave the ship, and we are almost through customs by 10am, so they were ahead of schedule.

Good: room steward David, waiters Rey and Nataliia were fantastic. The food was good but a bit repetitive. We ate at Sabor one night and enjoyed it. It was worth the upcharge. The ship was clean, tenders ran quickly, and the shows were good. The comedians the last night were fantastic. I liked the Starbucks, which was very reasonable. My kids did the wave machine and enjoyed it. Line was usually about 20 minutes long.

Bad: Drink prices were terrible and inconsistent. We got charged three different prices for a Tom Collins. The fitness center was full almost everytime I went and cardio equipment wasn't available. People were staying on it for HOURS at a time. And finally, the ship was overcrowded. The fact is that this ship should have had 15-20% less people on it.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

Cabin was clean and neatly prepped every night including towel animals. David went out of his way to keep us happy with more towels and blankets.

Port Reviews

Cozumel

We rented a van and toured the island.
