This is my second cruise with NCL. I have been disappointed each time. After midnight there is absolutely nothing for cruisers!! I think the kids on our ship had more activities after midnight than the adults. If you are not a gambler you can plan to go sit in your room because there is NOTHING to do. No music venues, no gatherings...just plain boring.

The Jewel had very small balcony rooms. I asked for green tea in my room and I had to continue to almost beg on a daily basis. I actually had to use my own from home on several occasions because they didn't have any in the Garden Cafe and wouldn't get any from the store room; even though I did ask a supervisor.

Our first excursion at Ketchikan, on the Aleutian-Bering Strait boat, was fantastic!! Very informative. Interactive with crowd and fun.
