This was our first time on an Oasis class ship and leaving from Fort Lauderdale. Previous cruises were on the Radiance, Voyager, Brilliance, and Serenade. Liked this ship the best because of the Promenade, Central Park, and the Boardwalk. Itinerary and ports were nicely spaced out and the excursions were very organized. We had a Junior Suite on the 10th floor with a large private balony. Our stateroom attendant was very friendly and the service was excellent. It did not feel crowded on this ship, but the public areas should be larger to accommodate over 6,000 guests. Embarkation can be overwhelming because of the terminal size and amount of people.

Tips: Select your room location carefully. If you want privacy, do not book a Boardwalk or Central Park room. A regular balcony room on any floor Aft or front would be the way to go. Midship rooms are not near any stairs or elevators, so had a lot of walking to do just to get out. Avoid the My Time Dining. We were disappointed with the long waits and the system was disorganized. Make sure you book online early for the Comedy Club. It fills up very quickly. If you make a reservation for a specialty restaurant, book it for the first or second night and you will get 25% off.
