My wife and I enjoyed the 7 day cruise from Vancouver, B.C. to Seward, Alaska. The scenery was wonderful and the 3 stops we made had interesting things to see and good excursions. The on-board experience was okay, but often didn't meet expectations. Starting with trying to get WiFi internet set up for our laptop computer to be used in the Cabin. Expensive and nearly impossible to set up, without help from the IT staff. Frustrating, because the IT staff only has certain hours available for direct help. A phone call to front desk and questions for this ended up giving us wrong information that just frustrated the process even more. Finally, it worked as advertised.

Other on-board services were okay. The food was excellent, especially in the non-buffet restaurants. The buffet food was okay, just battling hundreds of people at a time is tiring.

I'm a cigar smoker and if you are too, be prepared to be very frustrated. In spite of the ship having a beautiful 'Havana Lounge', no smoking was allowed. All smoking is outside, on the upper deck, if the weather cooperates. Smokers are definitely 3rd class citizens aboard this ship.
