We found that the ship was feeling worn and in need of a refit, food was average and repetitive and sometimes not hot enough, we used anytime dining which could be a hassle trying to get seats.

The crew were great, Norway was lovely, but we became fed up with all the queues everywhere, to get on and off the ship for day trips etc.

If we were on the same size ship with about 1000 people less it would have made life much less hassle, i caught a bad cold on the ship which didn't help, but having been on the Sapphire Princess which had just been refitted before the Alaska cruise we did, this cruise would have seemed better, but I guess nothing can top that Alaska cruise for us.

Port Reviews

Bergen

Self guided tour again, long queues for funicular railway, both up and down, but worth the views when you get up there.

Stavanger

Self guided tour, lovely town to visit, market very near ship's dock, obviously to catch visitors, very popular, old town very nice, worth a visit.
