Our family boarded the ship in Barcelona. Beautiful ship, but very disappointed with service of some of the restaurant staff. The day we were at sea, we went to the pool to find no where to sit down at 11:30 am. There were towels left on several chairs but no one there. I just ended up sitting on the side of the pool. You have to have your room card to enter in the light switch so you could have lights in your room. We were double charged twice for purchases we made. One was unlimited data plan for $175.00. Had to ask wait or for refills on drinks. Mgr in Garden Cafe did not stop to speak with my husband when he asked her a question about where a certain item was. He followed her around. Very disappointed as we spent over $ 8k on 2 rooms. We rate this cruise 3rd out of the 4 cruises we have been on. Disney ranks #1.
