This was our first cruise and we always wanted to see Alaska. I did a lot of work looking at reviews and thought that Norwegian Cruise Line would be a good fit for us. It was not

To begin we arrived in Seattle at 11:30 AM and made arrangements to have NCL take us to the port. After arriving at the port from the bus they finally started he Embarkation process we waited in line for 45 minutes to board the ship. After finally getting to the head of the line we were told we could not board because we marked a time to board between 3:00 and 3:30 thinking that if I had airline delays it would give us time to board in time. So there were were with suitcases and no where to go for 2 plus hours. We went to a restaurant and stayed as long as we could. We still had more than an hour before we could board. I spoke to another gentleman and he was nice enough to let us get on. It was rather confusing checking in but we finally got on the ship.
