The food was HORRIBLE! There are no fresh omelets in the morning all the eggs are COLD! The pasta was RAW! It tasted like raw flour. All the meat in the meat station was so dry, it tasted sandy. Don't bother going to the restaurant for dinner, its worse than the buffet. They serve airplane food there. Ice cream is not free, and they charge you for Nutella crepes even though the dough its not fresh, its frozen.
The bathroom was moldy, it was disgusting. The room had a moldy smell too, I had to take an antihistamine every day to prevent an allergic reaction to the moldy smell.
Non-smoking areas a not respected. People smoke EVERYWHERE!

Horrible. There is a moldy smell in the room. The bathroom was moldy, I was trying not to touch anything. The TV was from the 80's. The shower head would fall off, I had to call for two days to get it fixed. Horrible experience.
