Having been on Independance last year for our first cruise we were excited about this new ship . The ship itself is beautiful but the deck areas were dreadful not enough water and Also too much indoor bathing! . We also found the whole of the boat seemed to get up at 6 to put towels on du beds then not use them this went unaddressed for the first 12 days the kids on board were just left to run riot with no perental control and staff on board seemed to have no powers to stop it . The restaurants on board were ok we only went to the Grande once food and service was very poor . The food was like warm and they were understaffed . We found the food at the windjammer to be better than most restaurants. The best meals we had and the best service was in the solaruim bistro it was a very welcoming atmosphere. The shows were good but the comics were tired and not at all funny think they need to refresh the acts ! . The shopping on board was very poor unless you were very rich and needed a watch .

Stateroom was nice and our cabin lady was fantastic. Wouldn't go on this boat again not worth all the hype or money .
