While check in and boarding went off without a hitch, the rest was mediocre at best.

Overall, food choice was okay, but not hot enough or seasoned . Room service from our stateroom was a chore for our steward. He seemed inconvienanced and not friendly..Rooms were made up nice but vacuuming and dusting were needed more thoroughly. Entertainment was okay for what it was, a bit too dated for us. Customer service on Deck 4 needs improvement, as well as the Boutiques, which only had a very small selection. Having to pay a lot of $ to see a physician for a minor bowel problem was ridiculous, when stocking an OTC med. in the boutique would have worked. Alcoholic beverages were a challenge. Even though we had a Premium beverage package, time from ordering to drinking was often more than 15 minutes.

The stateroom was small, restroom too small. The bed was terrible. One side was high and somewhat firm, while the other was a sinkhole. Very uncomfortable.

Cabin Review

Concierge Level Veranda Stateroom

Cabin A1

Compact room. Tiny restroom area, shower only, and barely that. For larger or older folks, not recommended.

Port Reviews

Vancouver

Wat too smoky on our day. Worse than any big city. Too many fires clogged the air. Probably nice on clear days.

Icy Strait

Beautiful....
