This was our 2nd cruise on Celebrity. We really enjoyed our first one on the Constellation. We were very disappointed with this ship. Our cabin 6103, was terrible. It was right above where the anchor and ropes were and was extremely noisy, especially when you pull into port at 2am! At the time of booking the agent told us it was a great room because it was at the front of the ship, there was no foot traffic and was quiet. We had to complain 3 times before we got moved - to a cabin with an obstructed view. The front desk staff were not the greatest. The food was not amazing. It wasn't bad but not what we have experienced on past cruises. The buffet was the same every single day. There was a good variety but always the same. We have been on other ships more than once(different itinerary) but would never go on this ship again and may think twice about Celebrity because of the customer service we received. It has been over 2 months since our cruise and I have sent Celebrity 2 emails regarding out experience and have not heard back from them, which is disappointing, guess they only want to hear from the happy customers !!
