First please let me start off with the pros- nice room layout, fast disembarkation, and...(still thinking...)

Now the cons - (I'm not the super picky type, I'd let go lots of minor dissatisfactions and only mention what bothered me the most.)

1) DO NOT stay on deck 5. Most rooms on deck 5 are straight underneath the casino and we got woken up by noisy heavy chair moving on the ceiling after midnight. This could be easily avoided if the staff paid some attention and tried to be considerate. But NO, they DIDN'T. We called the front desk one night and the guy who answered the phone said he knew about this as we were not the only one who complained, and he would talk to the manager of the casino. But the situation didn't improve, and the night before the disembarkation the noise was so loud that we truly believed the casino staff did it on purpose, probably as a revenge for our complaint.
