Our service in the Botticelli room was amazing! Our servers went above and beyond! We will truly miss them! Aside from that, we found getting any sort of service or drinks on board pretty much impossible! Unless you wanted to stand and wait at the bar, which was typically 3 people deep, you didn't get a drink! Definatly not worth the drink packages!!! Dinner at Portifino was just eh. Service was lacking and the food in the main dining room Botticelli, was much, much better! We would not pay the extra money again for their speciality dining.
