This was my first time on this ship. Our previous cruising experience has been on midsize ships with our last cruise on the Oceania ship Riviera. I was skeptical of this line/ship. I was worried about it's size. Boy was I wrong. We really loved it and did find the size except in the main dining room to be a factor. We were cruising with our three children in their mid 20s for our 40th wedding anniversary. Did not feel any motion - it was such smooth sailing and quiet.

Dress was very casual except formal night. You saw everything. it was said to me on this forum when I asked about clothes it was my vacation and i should wear what I want. I could not agree more. There did not seem to be many musts in terms of dress.

We stayed at the Hotel Jazz in Barcelona and loved the vibe and location. The breakfast was excellent and we liked having a pool. It was the right size hotel for us. Took two private tours of Barcelona. Our tour guides stressed to not put purses down and be very careful so I think the warnings are justified. We had no issues at any port but were careful.

Junior Suite with Balcony

Loved the space and layout. The bathroom was great. If you have mobility issues you do need to be able to get in out of the tub for the shower. We thought bath products need improved. Loved our balcony good space and my neighbors were never out. Wow a walk in closet - wonderful. You don't get all those suite perks but we enjoyed the room. We were on the 12th floor and could walk up the stairs to the Solarium.
