I recently took the 13 day Alaska cruise leaving Vancouver on June 22nd 2015, and have a few comments I would like heard. This cruise was my honeymoon and was a very special trip, as it was for everybody else on board too.

First off let me say that we were very happy with the accommodations, food and staff of the ship, everybody was very welcoming and happy to go the extra mile, but, what I really think they need to rethink is the entertainment onboard. I appreciate the work that the singers and dancers go through to put on their shows but I think the other onboard talent was a bit below par. I have been in the music business for quite awhile now (over 23 years as a disc jockey) and I know when a crowd of people want to have fun. The cruise director needs to cater to the demographic of NCL's clientele.

Example 1...Here we are on a ship with about 2000 guests and I would say probably 80% are over 50 years old and all the DJ plays around the pool is new dance music where every song sounds the same as the last. All this accomplished was keeping people away from the pool area, but I am sure the 6 kids in the pool appreciated it.

Ketchikan

To commercial.

Juneau

To commercial. I didn't go to Alaska to buy overpriced diamonds.

Haines

We were unable to stop in Skagway because it was to windy. Docked in Haines instead. Oh Boy what a trip!!!

Glacier Bay

The captain put the ship nice and close to the glacier.
