This was my first Alaska cruise and while the scenery was great, there were a few sea days that were too cold on deck to go out and enjoy the outdoors. Unfortunately about 75% of the indoor sea day activities revolved around selling stuff or services and if you were not interested in those activities there was woefully little to do.
We had the worst, dirtiest cabin steward ever (Melchor). Did not provide the Anniversary amenities or the Captain's Circle information about the platinum/elite evening cocktail parties. Went to Captain's Circle and Melissa resolved this for us. Tried to pass off a dirty glass as clean for 7 days, and never cleaned up the sink area. You could tell this guy just did not give a damn about the passenger experience as there were a couple of weeks of dust on the lamps, hair dryer and under the TV.
Also had a bad spa experience with Nikita. She had all the warmth of the glaciers we saw. And to top it off she game me a treatment different than what I booked. I usually book a couple treatments but I was put off by this experience, so not this time.

However the balcony was the perfect place to sit during our day touring Glacier Bay park. At least the balcony was clean.
