RCI has greatest crew members and staff: everyone was fabulous. The ship is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The food was very fresh and well prepared. The fitness center was large, well maintained and clean.
We were very disappointed in the only information obtainable was on all the items they want you to buy. It was easy to get information on the next cruise they wanted you to take or the spa, shore excursions or what was on sale at the shops. However, if you wanted to know what time you were docking, or any other port or disembarkation information, forget it. You could watch 5 hrs of RCI commercials hoping to catch some morsel of information, but who wants to sit in the room watching that for hours.
The entertainment was average, they know they have a captive audience. The ship is completely geared to drink, gamble and sit by the pool. If that is your plan, go for it. Would not recommend anyone under the age of 21, just for that reason.

Interior Stateroom
great location and interior room. We use the room really only for sleeping so don't feel the need to spend $ on the view that is better from the upper deck. Nice location, central to every thing. Want to make sure when selecting a room we had other cabins below and above so we didnt get the noise from public areas. this room is also away from the elevators so you dont hear the traffic all night.

Bayonne (Cape Liberty)
Arrival was excellent. We left on a thursday and it did not seem like there was any passengers leaving. However, on arrive Saturday it was a mad house. It was very congested and difficult to drive arround. It was surprising there was no where to get even a drink of water. If you pay for a porter you can cut the custom lines.
San Juan
Old San Juan is worth the walk. Give your self a whole day to have time to really enjoy everything it has to offer.
