We are Royal Caribbean cruisers; we've been on nine RC cruises. But when planning our Alaska cruise, NCL came in with lower prices, so we thought we would give it a try. Overall, our experience was enjoyable, but there is room for improvement.

THE GOOD: The ship is in good shape, is decorated well and is easy to navigate. Our cabin (a mini-suite) was spacious enough for three people. Big thumbs up for the bathroom, which had a tub and separate toilet area. The balcony was also a good size with comfy chairs. Read more
