We almost never saw the room stewards, yet the room was always impeccably maintained. In other words, they were everything you would ever want in a room steward (AND MORE!)

WOW! This was a fantastic excursion. It wasn't cheap (well, nothing in Bermuda is even remotely cheap), but it was (at least for Bermuda) well worth the money. The boat was well maintained, the crew ever so helpful and accommodating and the location they took us was absolutely wonderful. Once at the secluded mini-beach, they brought out snorkel gear, boogie boards and kayaks. And, on the way back, RUM SWIZZLES FOR EVERYBODY!!! I highly recommend this excursion.

I've dove Bermuda before, in fact, I've dove these sites (heck, I FREE dove the sites two days earlier). Initially, since the dive company assured me we wouldn't be doing the wrecks of the Constellation or the Monitor and then took us there, I was very disappointed. However, once I realized that this may have been the most under-practice group of divers I was grateful that we were at a very shallow, simple dive site. Safety is far more important. I actually felt bad for the dive masters. They really had their hands full with this crowd,

The boat was actually a glass bottom boat that was just being used for snorkeling. It was a nice boat and the crew was helpful, not EXCELLENT, but pretty nice nonetheless. We went to the wrecks of the Constellation and the Monitor. These wrecks were sitting in 25 feet of water. We were able to free dive and just lazily swim around. Again, it was a nice experience. Understand that this "very good" rating is more due to the snorkel site than the boat/crew.

This may have been the best run embarkation port we've been to! The only downside is that the area is very commercial, a very rough neighborhood and navigating the streets from the highway to the port is not easy (GPS units HATE this place). And, right now, it is worse since there is a lot of construction. But, in the future it will get much better since the construction is to make it easier to get from the highway to the port.

In summary, the spa was very pretty, had great potential and could have been a fantastic value, but the age of the ship resulted in many break-downs (to be expected) and the staff did not demonstrate a situational awareness.In essence, this cruise was no different than, but no better than either a Princess, Royal Caribbean or NCL cruise (OK, the food was better).
