Cabin: Premium Suite with Balcony

This was our second time on the Diamond Princess, albeit much shorter. This time were were in a full suite and it was very spacious, although the shower cubicle was on the small side.

The embarkation was quick and efficient and our bags arrived promptly, 91% of the passengers were Japanese and we all were very cheerful and polite to each other. Some Japanese passengers knew a little of English, and we knew some phrases to get us by.

Every announcement was in English and Japanese and this did not detract any ships activities, the formal night was on the first night at see and many Japanese ladies wore kimonos. This was nice to see.

Cabin Review

Premium Suite with Balcony

Cabin S5

The cabin roomy with a spa bath and separate shower, the shower for the size of the bathroom was small, the toilet had a bidet and it was in a separate area to the shower. The beds were comfortable and a large balcony unfortunately it rained most of the cruise
