We had the time of our lives on the Carnival Valor cruise to the Western Caribbean region. The staff was very friendly and they went all out to make our trip a memorable one. The food was excellent. There was a personal touch about this cruise experience. I would like to mention that the staff assigned to our dinner table – Dan, Zolton and Dimitar were exceptionally gracious. The main chef, Manuel visited our dinner table a couple of times and even surprised us with some special ethnic dishes! The main director of the Washington dining hall, Melvin made it a point to visit several tables and make sure we were having a good time. Angelito, who cleaned our rooms was very personal, greeted us by name! We thoroughly enjoyed many of the activities on the ship – the main shows – nightclub express, the trivia games, family comedy shows to name a few. The highlight of our cruise was the Mahogany Bay Beach owned by Carnival. Our teenagers (7 of them in our group) had a blast! The Legend show was very special for us because one of our family members played the part of James Brown! A memorable trip indeed!
