We were on "Independence of the seas" and had bad experience, Royal Caribbean's travel agent lied about onboard credit and prepaid gratuities, he was hard to be found once we paid for the cruise.

Onboard people were looking for table to sit down at windjammer every day, every meal, no tables and extremely slow cleaning by staff.

Dining room staff had no clue about service and food, we had to flag down waiter/busser for water, wine, bread, butter, coffee.
