Take no pleasure in writing this but we are only on day 3 of our cruise and so far it is beyond a joke.

Let's start with the Dynamic Dining. Farcical to say the least. So disorganised to the point of guests seating themselves in the restaurants. Very rude restaurant hosts who are still trying to learn how to use their IPads to care about their guests. Long lines of people waiting outside the restaurants.

American Icon Grill Sat 4th of July---extremely poor. Table settings dreadful, table cloths and linen not ironed, service appalling to the point of negligent and the food just disgusting. Ordered Turkey for thanksgiving and it looked like it had been half eaten before it was served. Read more
