This was our first cruise with HAL and we were very impressed with their level of service and the standard of the ship. We have cruised many times with other companies with our last experience being a terrible cruise with Celebrity in Australia. If that had been my first cruise experience it would have been my last but HAL has renewed my faith in cruising again!

The staff were all exceptional bar one. The standard of service was very high and the staff all behaved as if they were happy to be of service to you and happy to be there.

Check-in was a breeze. Our inside cabin was comfortable. Meals were good all over the ship - sometimes it felt like there could have been a few more choices but overall not bad for feeding that many people.
