This was a quick weekend getaway. It was a first time cruise for my son who is 11. To make it a memorable journey, I booked a grand suite. It was just two of us for our weekend getaway and we had a great time. We stayed in U103. The room was spacious & comfortable. The decor was average. The suite had a good size closet, small bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, mini fridge, couch that converted into bed and chair. The temperature of the room was very cold, but adjustable. The deck was a perfect size for us. The crew that took care of us was spot on. The only drawback to our day in Nassau was that it was a national holiday and we were not told this when booking the cruise. Many businesses were closed & I heard a lot of people complaining because of this. We booked the Sea to See shore excursion that was wonderful! The tour guide was excellent and memorable. ( I wish we had more time in port.)

Dining - Room service was timely. We chose the early dining and the staff were pleasant. I must say that the food was hit and miss. The majority of the people at our table agreed. In fact, on the last night, some opted for dining elsewhere on the ship. The pizza on the ship was delicious and was a hit with most everyone.

My son participated in the kids club activities. He seemed to enjoy it.

Grand Suite

Cabin GS

Spacious and enjoyable. Room was very chilly, but our cabin stewardess offered to adjust the settings. The bed was extremely comfortable. Nice size deck that we spent a lot of time on. The staff was extremely accommodating and made the trip even better.
