I enjoyed the Jade Norwegian cruise line they are professionals from the captain down to the staff. Their work ethics in my observation dedicated to their individual task, very friendly, uniforms are clean.I like their information through PA & television & above all everyday iterinary sheet that I'm getting is so informative.
The only I dislike is when we dock on certain country for excursion... To far to walk I can feel those disable with canes it's a challenge to them. I twisted my knees few weeks prior to my cruise vacation & i can't cancel it so i had to use a cane & can relate this disable people.
The excursion & places are so beautiful & our tour guides are very knowledgeable on the area
Cabin Review
Mid-Ship Balcony
I have my balcony cabin I love it, but the paint is peeling, it need an outside professional painter not a maintenance guys, rusted bolts . But the inside cabin is excellent, clean & home .My cabin cleaner Jorge is an excellent worker. Very accommodating , pampered us whatever we need, he's there to help us. I highly recommend him.
