Sail Date: Dec 2008

My wife,Pat and I had only ever cruised once before on the Arcadia. This was two years ago when it was then the P&O's latest vessel. Our experience was a brilliant one, leaving us looking forward to the next one but not hooked on cruising to the neglect of other types of holiday abroad.

Our only misgivings were that you only have a limited time ashore to explore and discover the countries visited. What it does do is give you a taste, which then encourages you to return at a future date to expand further.

The food was magnificent, the entertainment was fantastic and the ship was awesome.

Cabin Review

Balcony smaller than expected, overlooked from above. Cabin was ideal for lifts etc. We could have done with better lighting in the warddrobe area. Apart from these comments the Cabin was excellent and ideal for our needs.
