There are several reviews already posted of this same itinerary so I won't cover it all in detail. The interior decorator of this ship is to be commended, there are some incredibly beautiful pieces and they sort of unfold on you as you get better acquainted with the ship. Loved the library and its proximity to Baristas, staffed by an Italian who consistently made my day by always remembering what I wanted and not trying to be too talkative until I'd had the first cup. Too bad our trip was his last, his replacement the last few days of the cruise had much to learn/big footsteps to follow in. Our cabin and balcony were wonderful, with far more storage than we could use and excellent, responsive, and unobtrusive housekeeping staff. The noise experienced by 7135 is real, we suffered same being in 7131. Not sure it mattered on this cruise since the 4A sunrises were doing a number on my sleep cycle anyhow, but for those sensitive to vibration/docking noise, it was pretty intense. I'd still pick this room for the balcony, though.

While the food in Red Ginger was wonderful, the lack of windows was a bummer and the staff in that restaurant seemed to be far less attentive and "stuck up" for lack of a better word. I wanted to eat there more for the great menu, but chose other venues for the more friendly service and the big windows instead.

Overall, Oceania is a great line for people that are willing to do ports on their own. Their shore excursion prices and schedules are just ridiculous and must be aimed purely at folks that are unable to DIY for whatever reasons - totally taking advantage of that, which is a shame. They could offer different levels at more competitive pricing and probably get more people on their excursions just to help with transportation so that you don't have to waste an hour on each end catching an earlier train just to be on the safe side. But, as long as people keep booking them at those prices, I guess there is no reason to change.
