Don't quite know where to start - the queing, cold food, no seats in bars after dinner, so many small things resulting in a disappointing cruise. Breakfast was a nightmare having to queue to get into Horizon. Other mornings I was actually in Caribe and had to ask to get out as the gate had been locked.
our cabin was shabby to say the least with mismatching unpressed, fading duvet covers and on one occasion our twin beds were made up with duvet covers as bottom sheets leaving about a foot of mattress uncovered - I found this quite unbelievable certainly not what I expected and totally unacceptable. When we asked our cabin steward to change these she did so explaining to us that there was a shortage of bedding for beds made up in single configuration - that was certainly a first!
Trying to grab a sun lounger was impossible unless you were out before 8 am. The beds were so close together you had to crawl up from the bottom as there was no space between - most undignified!
Shabby - bedding was so discoloured and washed out it actually looked grubby. Towels were too small.
