I gotta share this, my wife and I are experienced cruisers, we've been cruising since 2002. Back in the good old days if you were VIP you not only didn't have to wait in the long cattle line but you'd be escorted to a side room where you could sit down with someone who made sure you had a drink and refreshments before you began the process. This trip we had never heard the term (Welcome back) Upon presenting our Platinum card.

There were some good points that should be noted. The entertainment was as good as we've been accustomed they just didn't perform at all towards the end of the cruise.
