This was our 3 NCL cruise in the A3 category but first time on Pearl. Very sad to be off! We flew in from Baltimore to FLL the night before on AirTran. We had not used them before, but the flight was on time and terrific. Picked up our limo and were safely in Miami by 10pm. We are a family traveling with 3 kiddies.

EMBARKATION- a breeze! Took us a max of 15 minutes, including the stop to pay the corkage fee. Greeting by smiling staff and champagne. our suite was not ready til about 1:45 ( we were on board by 11:30) but we enjoyed a lazy lunch at Cagney's and a nice stroll around the ship.

We set sail on time and the adventure begins! We did have our muster drill, the downside was that I had no life jacket and the kids had adult sizes. Eventually we were given the right sizes and the correct amount
