This was our third cruise on Celebrity. We had an outstanding time. The staff was incredibly friendly and the staff and food in Select Dining over the top. John, Luis, Jose and Vladimar (the sommelier) offered the best service we have ever received and Robert and Menino, Asst. Headwaiters, were constantly checking with passengers and staff. The food was varied, with many options and the scones were delicious in the afternoons. Great dining experience. The Captain and officers were constantly visible and available to the passengers...more than we have experienced on our other cruises. By far, the best entertainment we have experienced and generally both showtimes were totally at capacity.

The shore excursion staff were not as helpful as the Solstice and Millennium. Darran the Executive Chef was informative and entertaining especially in the cooking demonstrations. The only disappointment was they now charge $150 for what used to be an opportunity to see the bridge and entertainment area. Certainly, not worth the money. Also, the Beyond the Podium series was nowhere near the quality of that on the Solstice on their Australia cruise. Check in and Disembarkation were well organized and smooth. Our cabin attendants and room service were excellent. Celebrity might be a little higher on prices, but we found the food, service and cruise experience to be worth the money. We had a great time.
