We arrived in Vancouver the night before so that we would not be rushed to get aboard. Since this was our first cruise, we were worried about difficulties. We should not have been worried. The process was very smooth.
The service was outstanding, especially Nigel the bartender at the back bar. He remembered everyone's name and drink orders, and I mean EVERYONE's name. At the front bar, Kay was very pleasant Gedeon and Ron were very efficient and friendly at the Sunset Bar on the aft deck on the tenth floor.
The entertainment was ok, not really my style, but my wife seemed to enjoy the shows.

They kept the cabin very clean. They made little origami animals out of the towels that were charming.
