Having been on this cruise, 4 times, we were quite dissappointec in the drop in standards. Being a brit, we like our cup of tea, no problem we thought, as last 3 years, were able to get liptons tea onboard, to my paticular case just 1 week ago on the Epic, found that they had changed the teabags and with 5 bags put in a cup, was like dishwater. Also this time was told that you now can not smoke on the balcony, total hypocracy, you can smoke on deck 15 and at h20, in the casino and cigar lounge, if on your balcony, with the door shut, just what is the difference. They also charge european vat, but apply american rules! Will not be travelling on the Epic again, standards have seriously deteroated. Found the ship very crowded, and some people very rude, especially in lifts.

I can honestly say, i did not enjoy this cruise at all, and could not wait to get off. The itenery has been the same for last 4 years and could do with changing.

We met some nice people, but that is the only positive i can say, food court was like a zoo, not enough places to sit, especially on day at sea, people not eating, but just sat talking, and on last day, not arriving inPalma until 2pm, meant everwhere was crowded and then it was like a scfum to get off at 2pm, not enjoyable at all.
