This is our 3rd cruise with rc and we've always loved it . However this one was not the same. The actual ship is beautiful but very dis jointed it doesn't flow as the other ones do. The entertainment (we saw we will rock you) was indeed very good however the other shows were not easy to see as they always clashed with the dinning we booked classic dinning so we could see the same guests each night which never happened and one night our table was given to a couple who were booked for the 6.30 slot and because they went to a show they were late so they got both options and our cost. We never went to the show because of our eating time. The entertainment at the pool side was very poor only 1 activity in the whole week belly flops . There was also no shows down the promenade as there wasn't one along with very few shops except for very expensive jewellery it seems to us this ship focuses on the wealthy. When we got off at Guernsey it took us 2 and a half hours form picking up our ticket to actually getting into our tender really not acceptable and I am in a wheelchair so we queued for 2 hours before we were told we were on the wrong deck(even though we checked) we had to go down a deck and wait another half hour. When we got to the port we were faced with with a huge vertical slope we had to get up which wasn't possible In a chair. There is on,y indoor smoking in the casino so no relaxing room after dinner with a night cap. It has lost the personal touch and very high tech. We are booked again for sept but had we known we would never of booked again. Nowhere to hang evening dresses either.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

The cabin was beautiful spotlessly clean and spacious however there was nowhere long enough to hang my evening dresses. The cabin boy was brilliant couldn't do enough for us.

Port Reviews

Southampton

This was where we got on and it couldn't have gone smoother a brilliant experience.

Bilbao

It was a very ugly port it was a way in to see anything and then nothing there when we looked out of balcony it was horrible with nothing to see except metal containers

St. Peter Port (Guernsey)

It was a terrible experience getting onto the tender taking us 2 and a half hours and when we got off the was a huge ramp we had to go up which wasn't possible in a whelkchair

Le Havre

Again getting into town on a bus from port was badly organised with far too few busses and again no explanation with the wheelchair
