The ship itself was fine. It's a smaller ship which limits variety but that wasn't a shock and was expected. It's been refurbished so common areas had a nice appearance.
The food was not good. I don't consider myself picky and I've very rarely ever sent food back to a kitchen. Far more often than not, something had to be sent back. I consider the speciality restaurants a treat but they weren't at all worth paying a premium for. Giovanni's was terrible. No flavor and no better than the dining room. The service was not good either. It was very understaffed.
Chops was ok. The filet was not bad. However I thought it was really tacky that you're already paying to eat in there and then they have additional charges for some steaks. A friend ordered a premium steak and said it was the worst she'd ever had, tough and no flavor. The 'jumbo scallop' appetizer was bay size scallops that were tough like rubber. And probably the worst of Chops was that our friends got food poisoning from the crab cakes. (They both got sick and that's the only thing they had in common to eat).
