I have done serveral cruises and this one is definately the worst which is a shame as it is a beautiful ship.
General comments are:
Staff appeared tired and over worked. A number of them bordered on being rude and disinterested. It really appeared like most people didn't want to be there.

Lovely cabin and fantastic service from our room attendant.
Sheets very poor quality, you could see the sweat stains from previous guests.

Went to the beach - enjoyed the day.

Didn't stay long as embarking on ship, left Marseille same day on disembarkation

DIdn't do a excursion but probably should have

Loved it, great spot, will go back.
Rome (Civitavecchia)
Have been to Rome several times before. Was good to have a look around Citivichea.
