Unorganized; Couldn't get people off the ship in Saint Petersburg in safe, organized and professional manner. ( I am not talking about customs in Russia ). No planning what so ever, this makes me apprehensive about how they would function in an emergency.
The manager in the Spa snack bar, in the pool area told me I couldn't be in that area with a robe on. ( I was staying in Aqua Class , I guess I need to dress after a message or a swim just to grab a fruit juice). Oh by the way no fresh orange juice to be found.
I am embarrassed for Celebrity. In the Sushi section, Most of the time the fish was tilapia.
