Board ship and find stateroom not clean. Personal property including credit application belonging to previous passengers. Windjammer restaurant full of cigarette smoke from smoking area just outside the door on the starboard side. Pool full of sewage and ship cannot leave port. Delayed overnight and all next morning. A stateroom on deck 8 has sewage coming up through the bathroom. Travelling as a party of 4 and meant to be dining together, but we are split up onto tables on different sides of the dining room.
Advise Guest Services they are to take US dollars from our Global Wallet account only as stipulated. Next day again advise Guest Services they are using the wrong account on our card because they did not fix it the day before.
Purchased merchandise from onboard store that is to be delivered to our stateroom on the last night of the cruise.
Cabin Review
Large Ocean View Stateroom
Cabin 3000 next to a crew storage area and ice machines on the other side of the wall. Noisy pipe in the wardrobe which couldn't be fixed. Cabin 8017 directly beneath the pool deck and outside dance floor. Unbearable noisy 18 hours a day and sewage and cigarette smoke all through the passageway. Imagine a stampede above your head and death by smell.

Dirty and smelly unfortunately. This used to be a nice place but now it's not worth getting off the ship for a walk around the town.
